Hello

About 7 years ago, I quit my job in Finance to be a stay at home mom.  I was conflicted on staying home full time because I really loved working - I was in fact, a workaholic!  While at home with my 2 children, I was very into DIY kids activities.  I was all over Pinterest and did my best to execute as many kids activities as I possibly could.  I truly feel like anyone CAN do anything, if they really want to.

Fast forward a couple years and I was buying some decor for our house when I realized...I could absolutely make these signs!  So I asked my father to give me lessons on some of his power tools and we made our very first sign together.  My signs became very popular around town and many people have custom, hand painted signs that I made!  In my free time, I also began building furniture for our home here in Port as well as a rental home we have in New Jersey.

As many businesses do, mine has been evolving the last few years and I always thought it would be nice to integrate my woodworking abilities with my love of children and children DIY crafts!  I began conducting one off classes with my friend's children pre-Covid, and just recently taught a 10 week course to 6-9 year old kids at the Port Washington PRC.  I absolutely love what I do and I would love to teach your children how to work with tools.  I also love putting together craft nights for adults as well.  It is so therapeutic to make something for yourself, all while surrounded by good people.
